What You Need to Know – At a Glance

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of phdream ph, including account registration, placing bets, receiving bonuses, and making transactions. Before diving into the full document, here are six things every member should keep in mind from day one:

By accessing phdream ph at phdreamph.app – whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser, or any application we may provide – you are entering into a binding legal agreement with phdream ph. These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion terms, form the complete agreement between you and phdream ph.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the phdream ph platform. Continued use of the platform following any updates to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

To register and use phdream ph, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration, in compliance with Philippine law.
• You must be physically located within a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted at the time of placing any bet or participating in any game.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of a phdream ph employee or associated business partner.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list or have been previously banned from phdream ph for a violation of these Terms.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into contracts under applicable Philippine law.

phdream ph reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (PhilSys, driver's license, passport, SSS/GSIS card, or PRC ID). Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.

Geographic Restrictions

phdream ph's services are intended for use within the Philippines. Access from certain countries may be restricted by local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using phdream ph is legal in your location. phdream ph does not accept liability for any breach of local law arising from your use of the platform.

Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your phdream ph account. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your government ID, a valid email address, a Philippine mobile number, and your date of birth. phdream ph uses this information to verify your identity and protect your account.

One Account Policy

Each person may hold only one phdream ph account. This applies regardless of device, email address, or payment method used. If phdream ph discovers that a member holds multiple accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended, balances forfeited, and any winnings derived from duplicate accounts voided. If you believe a duplicate account has been created under your name fraudulently, contact support immediately.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Never share your password with anyone. phdream ph will never contact you asking for your password – any communication requesting this should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, lock your account immediately using the security settings in your profile and contact our 24/7 support team. phdream ph will investigate promptly, but we cannot be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorized access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering requirements, phdream ph is required to verify the identity of all members. You may be asked to provide identity documents, proof of address, and source of funds information. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification. We aim to process verification requests within 24–48 hours of document submission.

Accepted Payment Methods

phdream ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO/BPI/UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱).

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered under the same name as your phdream ph account. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification. phdream ph reserves the right to apply additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above ₱50,000.

All bets placed on phdream ph are subject to the general betting rules set out here, as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules published in the relevant section of the platform. In the event of a conflict, sport-specific rules take precedence over these general rules.

Bet Placement and Confirmation

A bet is only valid once you receive a confirmation message from phdream ph confirming the bet reference number, selection, stake, and potential payout. If you do not receive confirmation, the bet may not have been successfully placed. Do not assume a bet is active based solely on selections added to your bet slip – you must complete the confirmation step.

Errors and Obvious Mistakes

phdream ph reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted due to an obvious error in the odds, including but not limited to: technical errors, human input errors, or feeds that display manifestly incorrect prices. In such cases, affected stakes are returned to the member's account. Bets that have been clearly placed in an attempt to exploit known errors rather than to genuinely predict an outcome may be voided at phdream ph's sole discretion.

Postponed, Abandoned, and Cancelled Events

• Postponed events: All pre-match bets are voided if the event does not commence within 24 hours of the original scheduled start time. Stakes are returned in full.
• Abandoned events: Where a sporting event is abandoned after commencement, bets are settled according to sport-specific rules. In general, markets where the result can be determined from the completed portion of play are settled; others are voided.
• Live bets: Live betting markets that cannot be determined from play that has been completed are voided. Markets already determined at the time of abandonment stand.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

The minimum bet stake on phdream ph is ₱100. Maximum stakes vary by sport, event, and market type. Maximum payout limits per event are listed in the bet slip before confirmation. These limits exist to manage risk and ensure sustainable operation of the platform for all members.

phdream ph offers a range of bonuses and promotions to reward members. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer. The following general bonus rules apply to all phdream ph promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement for each promotion is clearly stated in the promotion's terms. Only certain game types may contribute toward meeting wagering requirements – always check the individual promotion for contribution rates.

Bonus Abuse

phdream ph takes bonus integrity seriously. The following activities are considered bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and potential account suspension:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once
• Using low-risk betting patterns (such as betting both sides of the same market) specifically to clear wagering requirements without genuine play intent
• Providing false information during registration to qualify for a promotion
• Coordinating with other members to collectively exploit bonus offers

Expiry

All bonus funds and free bets have an expiry period, typically 7–30 days from the date of issue, as specified in the promotion terms. Unused or partially wagered bonus funds that have expired are automatically removed from your account and cannot be reinstated.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on phdream ph. Violation of any item below may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to the relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripted tools to place bets without genuine human decision-making
• Attempting to access, interfere with, or manipulate phdream ph's systems, servers, or databases through any unauthorized means
• Using phdream ph for any form of money laundering or financial crime
• Providing false personal information during registration or verification
• Colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage in any game or bet
• Sharing login credentials or allowing another person to access and bet on your account
• Exploiting software bugs or glitches for financial gain – any such gains will be reversed and the exploit reported to our technical team
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing phdream ph staff or other members through any communication channel

phdream ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all members. Gambling is meant to be an entertaining activity – when it stops being fun, it becomes a problem. We take that seriously and provide concrete tools to help members stay in control.

Tools Available to All Members

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit. These can be lowered immediately, but increases take 24 hours to take effect.
• Session time alerts: Set notifications to remind you how long you've been active on the platform.
• Self-exclusion: Exclude yourself from phdream ph for 30 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion is activated immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality check reminders: Periodic pop-ups displaying your session time and net position to help you make informed decisions about continued play.

phdream ph collects, uses, and protects your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By using phdream ph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary: we collect the data we need to operate your account, process transactions, comply with regulatory requirements, and improve the platform. phdream ph provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain continuous, error-free service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. phdream ph shall not be liable for any losses resulting from:

• Platform downtime, technical failures, or interruptions to connectivity outside our reasonable control
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure your credentials
• Decisions made based on information displayed during a demonstrable technical error
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, governmental actions, or network infrastructure failures
• Gambling losses resulting from your use of the platform in a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited

In no event shall phdream ph's aggregate liability to any member exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phdream ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or collusive activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period
• Member request (voluntary closure)
• Regulatory instruction from PAGCOR or another competent authority

Where an account is closed due to a member's breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If no breach is established, remaining balances (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the member via their registered payment method. Where a breach is confirmed, forfeiture of balances may apply in line with the nature of the breach.

If you wish to close your phdream ph account voluntarily, contact our support team. Voluntary closures are processed promptly. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonuses) will be returned to your registered payment method.

phdream ph reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify members via the email address registered to their account and display a notification on the platform at least seven days before the changes take effect for active members.

For minor changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision), phdream ph may update the Terms without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Your continued use of phdream ph after any revised Terms have come into effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should cease using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or in connection with your use of phdream ph shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, members are encouraged to contact phdream ph's support team to attempt an informal resolution. The majority of disputes are resolved quickly through direct communication, and our support team is empowered to escalate unresolved issues to senior management when necessary.

phdream ph operates under the oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). If you believe that phdream ph has acted in breach of its regulatory obligations, you may file a complaint directly with PAGCOR through their official channels.
